Scope of Application:
The DXDF-YC100B-S automatic powder packaging machine is suitable for pillow bag packaging of powder materials. It is suitable for small bag packaging of powder materials with good flowability.
Packaging Materials:
A variety of heat-sealable composite film packaging materials can be used. The packaging materials can be printed with continuous trademark patterns, or printed with a complete single-bag trademark pattern with color marks.
Technical Features:
>The bag-making system adopts stepper motor subdivision technology, ensuring high bag-making precision with an error of less than 1 mm.
>A dual-channel controlled heat sealing mechanism is adopted, resulting in more precise temperature control, higher sealing quality, and a wider range of applicable packaging materials.
>The microcomputer bag-length controller allows arbitrary setting of bag length without the need to replace parts, and can preset counts and display packaging speed, bag length, etc.
>To ensure stable operation of the machine, this equipment has an automatic shutdown and alarm function in the following cases: when the protective door is opened, the photoelectric point is misaligned, the packaging material runs out, or overload occurs.
>The preset counting cutter can produce connected multi-bag products and cut them off according to the required quantity.
