The bag length is digitally set through the packaging machine controller, and a stepper motor is used to drive the bag pulling, making bag length adjustment simple and convenient, with accurate bag length and stable and reliable operation.
＞The heat sealer body adopts four-channel heating control, with the temperature of each vertical and horizontal sealing channel controlled independently; the heat sealing temperature can be preset and automatically controlled to ensure good thermal balance, making it suitable for a variety of packaging materials and ensuring tight, flat, and aesthetically pleasing bag sealing.
＞A high-quality photoelectric switch (electric eye) is used to detect and position-control the color marks printed on the packaging material, so that the finished package obtains a complete trademark pattern. (The intelligent photoelectric color mark positioning control system can automatically eliminate the influence of interference signals caused by abnormal color mark patterns and poorly printed packaging materials, ensuring stable and reliable operation.)
