The DXDK-YC40VI automatic granule packaging machine is a high-quality, high-performance, and high-efficiency fully automatic packaging machine independently developed by our company. It features a series of fully automatic functions including automatic feeding, measuring, bag-making, filling, sealing, date printing, and finished product output. The machine is equipped with a high-precision film transport system, PLC program control, an advanced touch-screen human-machine interface, five sets of (double-knife) servo system drives, photoelectric automatic tracking, and a PID digital constant-temperature control system, making the overall operation simpler and more refined. It is the preferred equipment for the food and pharmaceutical packaging industries to improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and enhance packaging quality.

This equipment is an automatic packaging machine used for bag packaging of cold-rolled pure aluminum composite, multi-layer composite film, plastic film, etc. The matching translational swinging filling device can continuously fill packaging materials into the bags. During filling, the material is not ground, and at high speed there is no material spillage or throwing, which not only saves materials but also ensures a clean and tidy workshop environment. Depending on the parameter settings, the double-knife model can simultaneously cut a single bag or multiple bags, meeting customers' needs for connecting bag-counting cartoning production lines.
