Performance Features:
The packaging machine adopts a sealing method with vertical sealing and horizontal sealing separated, and the finished product is a pillow-type bag.
The packaging machine can automatically complete the entire packaging process, including bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, batch number printing, cutting, and counting.
The packaging speed and bag length can be steplessly adjusted within the rated range without the need to replace parts. The bag length is digitally set through the packaging machine controller, and a stepper motor is used to drive the bag pulling, making bag length adjustment simple and convenient, with accurate bag length and stable and reliable operation.
The heat sealer body adopts four-channel heating control, with the temperature of each vertical and horizontal sealing channel controlled independently; the heat sealing temperature can be preset and automatically controlled to ensure good thermal balance, making it suitable for a variety of packaging materials and ensuring tight, flat, and aesthetically pleasing bag sealing.
A high-quality photoelectric switch (electric eye) is used to detect and position-control the color marks printed on the packaging material, so that the finished package obtains a complete trademark pattern. (The intelligent photoelectric color mark positioning control system can automatically eliminate the influence of interference signals caused by abnormal color mark patterns and poorly printed packaging materials, ensuring stable and reliable operation.)
The integrated sealing and cutting knife ensures accurate sealing and cutting positions, neat cuts, and no material accumulation; the serrated cut makes it convenient for consumers to use.
Scope of Application:
The DXDF-YC300B automatic powder packaging machine is suitable for pillow bag packaging of powder materials.
It is suitable for small bag packaging of powder materials with good flowability.
Packaging Materials:
A variety of heat-sealable composite film packaging materials can be used. The packaging materials can be printed with continuous trademark patterns, or printed with a complete single-bag trademark pattern with color marks.
